after yu jingjun retired, she was at home for several years. unlucky things often happened, and she was frightened and lost money. therefore, she was always worried, and she might have something to happen, especially because her eldest son is a car driver, and she could cause trouble at any time. a lay buddhist chen said to her, "you can take refuge in the three jewels and soak the buddha's compassionate light to make your body and mind peaceful. you can also recite ksitigarbha bodhisattva to eliminate evil things." she was filled with joy when she heard this, and in 1990 she took refuge in the three jewels and recited ksitigarbha bodhisattva every day. in less than a month, her son drove a car to another place to do business. the car was speeding on the road. suddenly, a young girl was carrying a load of things on her shoulders and crossing the road. the driver hurriedly braked. the load had hit more than a meter away. the girl's shoes flew on the front of the car, but no one was seen. knowing that someone was going to die, he was so scared that his face looked like a mortal. he hurriedly got out of the car to see, but saw the girl lying in front of the car, slowly turning over and getting up. the man was already stunned and looked at the driver with both eyes. fortunately, there was no damage at all, so i comforted her and gave her some money to solve the problem. when i went home, i told my mother, and the mother said, "this is the blessing of the bodhisattva, because every time you leave the car, i chant ksitigarbha bodhisattva and ask the bodhisattva to add a quilt to you."
