the film tells the story of a pair of police brothers, whose younger brother jiancheng (played by huang zongze) is an undercover agent and his older brother jianzhong (played by xie tianhua) is an anti-drug police. the two brothers are on the blacklist of the police and drug trafficking groups. with a mission of escorting drug dealers, the two are involved and start a reverse anti-drug story.
