According to the provisions of the "Interim Measures for Supervision and Administration of Private Equity Investment Funds" in my country, the standards for qualified investors of private equity funds are as follows: 1. Units and individuals with corresponding risk identification and risk-bearing ability, and the amount invested in a single private equity fund shall not be less than RMB 100,000 and meet the following relevant standards: (1) Units with net assets shall not be less than RMB 100,000;(2) Personal financial assets shall not be less than RMB 3 million or the average annual income of individuals in the past three years shall not be less than RMB 500,000.
